1.6. Platform: The digital environment provided by IBOSOL, allowing users to manage accounts, acquire credits, and activate applications.

1.7. User: Any individual or legal entity registered on the platform, using its services to activate applications or purchase credits.

2.1. Users must meet legal age requirements according to their jurisdiction. Business entities must provide valid registration details. 2.2. Users must complete a personal registration, providing accurate details, including:

First and last name

Email address

Mobile number

For application activation: the MAC address of the application to be activated.

For panel purchases: first and last name, email address, and mobile number.

2.3. IBOSOL may request additional documentation to verify authenticity.

2.4. Users agree to keep their contact information updated. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

2.5. IBOSOL reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent behavior.

Clause 3: Acceptance of Terms

3.1. By accessing the website, users agree to these Terms and related policies, including our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

3.2. IBOSOL reserves the right to modify these Terms, and changes will be effective upon notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

5.1. All purchases made on the website are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including but not limited to the loss of activation, sale of the user’s device, or any other reason.

For application activation: First and last name, email address, mobile number, and the MAC address of the application to be activated.

8.1. IBOSOL retains all intellectual property rights to the website and its content.
